1. One registration covers: 1) access to all sessions; 2) conference materials and participation certificate (either  hard copy or electronic); 3) coffee break, lunch buffet, on October 24, 2026; 4) other social events  accordingly;

2. For oral presentation/poster presentation, please submit your abstract content at least two weeks before the  conference date;

3. If cancellation of your registration becomes necessary, requests must be made formally via email before August 15, 2026;
