The 2nd China-Europe Scientists Forum & CMID 2025 has been held in Heidelberg, Germany!
The 2025 2nd China-Europe Scientists Forum was successfully held from October 31 to November 2, 2025, at the Burgerhaus HeidelBERG in Heidelberg, Germany. The forum adopted a "main forum + six offline parallel forums + multiple online events" format, featuring over 90 thematic reports and roundtable discussions. These sessions covered cutting-edge fields including artificial intelligence and advanced manufacturing, ICT transformation, clinical medicine, carbon neutrality and new energy, complex systems, and smart cities & design. The event attracted nearly 300 scientists, industry representatives, and young scholars from China and Europe for on-site participation, with online live streams reaching approximately 80,000 viewers.

The 4th International Symposium on Clinical Medicine and Intelligent Devices (CMID 2025) was sponsored by the Institut d'Education et d'Innovation de Paris (IEIP) and the International Association of Applied Science and Technology (IAAST), in associated with Huzhou University, China. As a parallel forum on Translational and Clinical Medicine under the 2nd China-Europe Scientists Forum, this conference concentrated on core areas including cancer treatment and precision medicine. It actively fostered resource sharing between Chinese and European medical institutions and pharmaceutical companies, built efficient cooperation networks, accelerated the global translation and application of medical scientific achievements, and contributed to enhancing human health and well-being.

The conference was chaired by Prof. Zefeng Wang, Professor of the Huzhou University, China, Executive Director of the Provincial-level Sino-French Joint Laboratory. He welcomed all scholars and thanked the experts and supporting organizations for their contributions.
During the Keynote Speech Session, Prof. Pier Paolo Piccaluga of the University of Bologna, Italy, presented a report entitled On the Route to Precision Medicine: The 2022 Classifications of Peripheral T-Cell Lymphomas.

Zelinskii Institute for Organic Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Russia, delivered a speech titled Antibody-Proteases as a Generation of Unique Biomarkers, Potential Targets and Translational Tools towards Design-driven Biotech, Biopharma and Precision Medical Practice.

During the conference, multiple scholars presented their latest research results in clinical medicine and intelligent devices through academic posters.

CMID 2025 concluded successfully in a warm academic atmosphere. Participating experts unanimously agreed that this forum not only deepened exchanges and cooperation between the Chinese and European scientific research communities but also provided a solid platform for promoting the global development of clinical medicine, intelligent medical devices, and translational medicine. In the future, it will continue to dedicate itself to promoting the organic integration of basic research, technological development, and clinical application, assisting in the incubation and dissemination of groundbreaking innovative achievements, and contributing to improving the level of global healthcare services.
